I hired Electrical Plus to install a backup generator switch. They quoted me $2,230.39, which I accepted. What followed has been terrible. They showed up late on the day of installation and didn’t finish until 7:30 PM. Then, they hit me with an unexpected additional $500 charge afterward, claiming it “took longer than expected.” I paid it without any hesitation.
